Museum of Fine Arts

I became very excited when Rita told us we were going to the Fine Arts Museum as one of the temporary exhibitions feature the Secession master, Alphonse Mucha who I really like. Nice pieces were put on display but they are quite similar to each other so they couldn't catch our eyes after the tenth piece of his art. Some of the members of his series works deeply touched me, like the Summer from the Seasons. I was sad, however, that I didn't have enough time to study a bit longer his oil paintings which brought something different into the exhibition hall and I hadn't seen them before. And to tell the truth, I couldn't stand the color the walls had been painted! That grey was so 'factory-like' and rigid..
We visited the Gustav Moreau show as well, which did not evoke any feelings in me, really nothing.... There Imlike the color of the walls but I don't think they fit to this topic! I hadn't heard much about him before but the only thing I was amazed by was the method the pictures were fixed on the walls!
